Nice report and nice pics dave d. I like the range photos especially. It goes to show you that fancy front adjustable rests and bags are not needed to shoot little bitty groups. I'm curious. With that set-up do you hold on to the forend and let your hand rest on the bag or do you just let the forend rest on the bag?

:)kerry i just adjusted my trigger and have it down to 3.2pds so i think i will stay with it for know.

Ozark,, The Kipplinger trigger is a cadillac but made in Austria and price is sky high and climbing. Canjar triggers are made here in the states and almost as good if you want to wait almost a year. One of the finest triggers I ever pulled was a Canjar single set. 3lbs unset and 3oz set. Supposedly they will make you one for a Savage.
