i have been reading on this messageboard for a long time and enjoy it alot. seems like a great bunch of knowledgable people. i have been thinking for many years about building a non-traditional flintlock for hunting in PA. i have a bad shoulder and need a straighter stock with a pistol grip. i'm have not decided on using sabots or a patched round ball yet. i would like the best lock i can get, a very accurate barrel, good trigger and plain hardware. i need to know who does a good job of semi carving and hogging out barrel channels. I would appreciate any and all help. thanks in advance, gary
