I last shot Lorraine, my .54 caliber Early Lancaster, in January 2004, when I harvested a doe. I had just retired from Sony Electronics in New Stanton, PA. Then on March 27, I injured my right arm and shoulder having a severed upper bicept ligament, torn rotator cuff and a strained superspinatus tendon. I had corrective surgery on it all on April 22, and am now rehabed to a point that my doctor told me to try doing different things I would normally do. So amongst what I did, was, I went to the range with my .54 cal. I shot one round at the 100 yard backstop to see if it'd hurt my shoulder. NO EFFECT what so ever; That's a "GOOD THING." So then I shot a 50 yard (paces) grouping of 5 rounds and was satisfied with that. Below is the target pic. I was happy with it, seeing as how I ain't shot since last deer season. The '04 seasons start in late October & I is ready.
