RB,
MY GRIPE, is that there MAY be a problem! As you know, I have not seen this myself, BUT ever since I have been on Dougs Message Board, there are NEVER more than 150 reads to an individual post.
That is fine except that there are 15,000 rifles out there!!!
That means that there are more than 14,000 Savage owners that DON'T KNOW what is discussed here!
I don't know where they get there info from, but that may be one heck of a group of P***ed-off rifle owners!!
edge.

You're exactly right Edge. But if people are not willing to search out information then they are at fault. I understand not everyone in this day and age has a computer or access to the internet but they are very few and far between. A good friend of mine and hunting partner also has a 10 ML, has access to the internet but will not come to this site to get information. Another owner of a website told him that the forums were just a bunch of guys that didn't have anything else to do with their time and to stay off of them. I say nonsense and will leave him to his own demise. He's still a very good friend and companion but when he sells his stainless/laminate and buys a henry ball special and still can't get it to shoot and I'm shooting sub-moa with my plain ole' stainless/synthetic maybe he'll get wise and join us.

Some good points made there guys. I think if the 15 K plus Savage owners knew about this site, we would have a flood of 10 ML folks here. I found Doug's old Board through Toby's HP site while doing research on the SST's. I see now the link there is to the old Board not our new one. I'm sure Toby will update when he does his changes.
I think we are going to see a tremendous growth of members here as word of mouth gets out. It seems to be moving the right way. More and more 10 ML's are getting out there.
RB, that tape sounds like a great idea! I'm not involved in marketing or sales so cant offer any advice how to move fwd with it.
