A friend of mine was given a Knight T Bolt 50 cal ML... We are having some difficulty finding info or kits to convert it to a 209 ignition. Any assistance is appreciated. Jim

I'm with you. I've done the same thing; bought a t-bolt from a guy, but the 209 doesn't fit quite right. Was told it needs a conversion kit, but can't find it. I'm going to try Gander Mountain this afternoon and will let you know if I find out anything.

If either of you guys are interested, I have a complete replacement bolt assembly, breech plug, and capping/decapping tool to convert a .50 cal. T-Bolt to shoot 209 shotgun primers. All you have to do is take out the old bolt and breech plug, screw in the new breech plug, replace with the new bolt, and you are set to go. Takes less than 5 minutes to do. PM me if you are interested in buying.

Up Date In a message to my friend from Heath. You will need to send the old bolt back and explain to the repair dept what you are trying to do. Check with Heath for a clarification on this matter, Jim
