I just picked up ten pounds of fantastic tasting venison jerky. This will last a long long time. I know it wont last forever without molding or otherwise spoiling. Should I freeze most of it for use later? Refrigerate it? Or? It has no preserservative in it. Ozark

Freeze it. That's what I do and it keeps. Just make sure it's in an air tight container. It gets moulding in the fridge after a while so that's out.
