Way back in April I recieved my new 10 ML II thru the summer I worked out bugs with loads, sabots, and some scope issues. I decided my savage prefered The 250gr Hornady with Black MMP sabots and 44 gns AA-5744. Glass chosen for unit was Nikon 250 BDC for muzzleloaders. WOW what a combination. I could not wait till the first firearm season. Friday morning of the first season I harvested a very large doe at 95 yds. thirty minutes later a 2 1/2 yr old cull buck came thru the savage cracked again and my first season was over. Second deer was a little further than the first. The first weekend after thanksgiving was the second firearm season uneventful for me but good for my son in law Next weekend the true muzzle loader season Sunday morning of that season two more large does were harvested First one at 120 yds second one in 230 yd range. At any rate brand new gun 4 shots 4 deer at the locker. I do donate a large share of meat to feed the hungry. May have to retire my handgun and shotgun.

It is good when a plan comes together.
