Our house has a ramp with banisters encirculing the house so that I can take my power chair around the house. I do this several times daily when the weather is nice. Today it is all covered with Ice and as slick as snot on a door knob. Just outside a living room window we have a bird feeding station that has several feeders. We have found that sunflower seed are the favorite of many birds and keep the feeders full. Today. since the trees, ground and everything else had a film of ice over everything the birds flocked into the feeders by the hundreds. I sit watching them and like watching fish in an aqurium they caused me to feel sleepy. It is relaxing and interesting for me. Someone the other day asked me how I felt. I used one I had heard or read about. I said: "I usually don't feel anything until around noon and then I feel sleepy. Ozark

We like to feed the birds here, too. Many of our birds are summer residents and get out of here for winter. Only the tough remain. Or the dumb ones.
