It was a sunny day today, so i loaded up the car with my muzzleloader, and rode down to Friendship. I had the entire range to myself.
Afterward I drove across the road to the primitive area. THe was the winter rendevous (mini) weekend. The guys had just finished shooting, and were sitting around the campfire telling lies. I hung around a while, ate some good food, and then headed back home.
The day turned out great for a spur of the moment thing.
Friendship is like that. Always fun, and you never know exactly what you're in for.
See ya.

I'd really like to go sometime. The period from the French-and-Indian War through the Civil War is my favorite period of American history, especially as it pertains to the continual expansion of the frontier.
