Season's been closed here for almost a month. This guy keeps coming around every morning and mouses around in back of my place. Last year this same fox was around (he has a very unique dark patch on his A$$) Last year he limped on 3 legs all spring. Looks like he is back to good health. Fun to watch him....he's real good at catching mice!

We live on the edge of a small town at the end of a dead end street. We moved in two years ago, and both years foxes have made a den in our neighbors back yard. One year under his mini barn, and last year under the old barn that sits on our property line. Both were formerly groundhog dens, but I fixed that problem with a couple of .22lr shells. I hope to see the foxes back again this year. We have a pretty decent size living room, and it has 16 ft of windows that look out over the back yard. Its fun to sit and watch the pups play when moma lets them out during the day. The only draw back is having to keep an eye on our dogs. I don't worry about my German Short Hair too much, but my wife would throw a fit if one of our minature pinchers got out of the yard. Glad they aren't coyotes. Then I'd probably get in trouble for shooting a high powered rifle in town Mark
