Hopefully dozens to follow. This little buggar came out behind my place at about 2:00. Put the 243 out the window....60 yds....and gave him a handload of H414 and a sierra 60 gr HP. He loved it and waved the flag. Let woodchuck season begin! Their ugliness commands their demise!

I like the H414 in the 243 also.My favorite load for deer in the 243 is a max load of H414 and a 85 gr sierra or a hornady 87 gr BTHP. Way to go wilms, those whistle pigs aren't safe with you around.

Way to go Wilms... Wish we had more of those hogs down here in NC and local places to shoot them. Boy I miss my soy bean fields in Central NJ. Richard

The tally now is about 20. About half with the .17. 3 or 4 with the .22 pistol and a few with the .243.
