What are some of the best flat based deer bullets considering accuracy, killing power, ballistics etc. Ranges considered wil be from 50 yards to no more than 200 max. The barrel will be 22 inches in length with a 1 in 12 twist in a bolt action. Powder capacity can be whatever I want to make it. Speeds I would consider would be from 2200 fps to 3000 fps. Give me the weights, brand and type of bullets, diameter of the bullet etc. and why you think it is the best from experience.

For me out of my Savage ML II, it is Hornady's 250 Gr. SST.

I have had great success with the Barnes X bullets, they are a flat base and perform outstanding on game animals. But why limit yourself to just flat base bullets? I also use the Barnes TSX bullets for hunting in my rifle cartridges. I would say 85% of my guns use Barnes bullets, the other 15% are my hunting handguns, which I use hard cast bullets with gas checks.
