I am not familiar with your gun and I'm not sure what propellant you are using or how hot you are loading it.....or if you are using saboted bullets or bore sized bullets
However, I have 2 BP guns that would not shoot consistently with subs such as clear shot, Pyrodex loose or Pyrodex pellets. In addition to that, guns left loaded for more then a day would misfire on occation due to being prone to absorbing any moisture or lube remnants.
I've tried bore sized bullets in both my .54 and .50 with so-so accuracy.
Straight blackpowder fixed all this in both guns. Extremely consistent velocities and adequate to extremely good accuracy as well with most 250-300 grain saboted bullets. 100 grain loads seem more accurate then a full 150. (don't know what your gun is capable of handling). Speeds will be slow, in the 1400-1500 fps, but if you are only after deer out to 125-150 yds or closer, then that's OK.
Other things that help IMO is consistent seating on the powder, indexing your sabots to the rifling the same each time, and a regimented in-between-shot swabbing routine. I have one gun that requires a fouling shot and one gun that doesn't seem to mind a clean barrel.
Without knowing your whole story, that's what I can share.

im trying to use 150 grains of triple 7 pells, think i need to back off the powder to about 100 grains work my way up, is it possible that im shooting the bullet out of there so fast with so much force that the sabot is just stiping thr the rifleing in the barrel? the auto ejecter is sticking to , is it possible that all the blow back from all the powder i am useing is gumming that up causeing it to stick, maybe the safity sticking problem is the recoil and the blow back ?? any info would be apprec, Thanks
