I dont know what its called I got the recipe years ago, and made it for hubby last night for dinner, he says its a keeper so I'll share it.. its also a meat stretcher:> 1 lb burger your choice 1/2 onion chopped fine, the whole one would work as well 2 med taters grated 2 med carrots grated 1 egg smush together well add: 1 tsp of granular beef boullian, if you dont have it dont worry about it worsteshire sauce.. several good shakes.. maybe about 2 Tbls. I also like to use about 2 Tbls steak sauce. salt and pepper Mix together well make smallish thick oval patties... dredge in four seasoned with salt and pepper. fry just long enough to brown both sides and transfer to a baking dish.. cover with a dollop of the concentrated cream of mushroom soup and cook for about an hour in a 325 degree oven..
