Chicken-Fried Venison serves 3-4 prep time: 1 hour
1 1/2 lbs. venison round steak 1 cup flour 1 cup cornflakes, crushed 1/2 cup bisquick 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. pepper 1 tsp garlic or onion powder 1 cup milk 1 egg 1/2 cup shortening 2 beef bouillon cubes
Mix dry ingredients in large shallow dish. Mix milk and egg in similar dish. Cut steak into 3-inch square pieces and moisten with water. Dredge meat in flour, dip in milk mixture and dredge in flour again. Pat firm and place in frying pan with hot shortening. fry on high heat until brown, turn and reduce heat to medium/low. Fry again until brown. Drain on paper towels. venison should be pink. If gravy is desired, stir drippings with 2 tablespoons flour mixture until sizzling. Add 2 cups of water into which 2 cubes beef bouillon have been dissolved. Stir until thick. badger

Flame Torque Chili serves: several Prep time: 2 hours
2 lbs. ground venison 2 red peppers, chopped 2 green peppers, chopped 2 yellow peppers, chopped 20 fresh jalapeno peppers, chopped 4 28-oz cans whole, peeled tomatoes 2 large spanish onions, chopped 1 12 ounce can tomato paste 1 tsp black pepper 1 tsp white pepper 1 tsp red pepper 1 tsp salt 1 tsp chili powder
brown meat in an iron. not aluminum, skillet. Combine meat, peppers and jalapenos in large skillet. Add tomatoes, onions and tomato paste. Mix well. Add all spices and 16 ounces water. Bring mixture to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour. badger

Dad's Deer Stew Serves:6 Prep Time: 2 Hours
3 Lbs. deer steak, cubed ' butter 8 potatoes, cubed 7 carrots, chopped 2 16 oz. can sliced tomatoes 3 6 oz. cans tomato paste 3 stalks celery, chopped 2 T. chicken base 3 lg. hot peppers, thinly sliced 2-3 cups water 1 medium onion, chopped.
Brown meat in butter and drain grease. In large pot, add all ingredients and mix well. Cook over medium heat, covered, for 1 1/4 hours, stirring occasionally. ENJOY BADGER

Mock Blitz
serves alot
ingredients 1-8 oz cream cheese 3/4 cup white sugar 1 egg yolk a few bowls 1 loaf white bread rollin pin butter cinnamon
directions:
remove crust off the loaf of bread. take your rollin pin and roll out the bread out flat.
Bowl 1: melt 2 sticks of butter
Bowl 2: mix 2 cups white sugar and cinnamon
Bowl 3: warm the cream cheese in microwave til soft. mix with egg yolk. for the filling.
spread the filling on the bread and roll up the put in the butter and then put the rolled up bread in the cinnamon/sugar mix. the put on a cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 mins. take out and enjoy if you have a sweet tooth. well talk to you later badger

frogs 1 can light beer 1 c. flour glades seasoning to taste 4 T. cooking oil
place beer, flour and seasoning in a quart jar and close lid. shake until EVER THOROUGHLY MIXED. pour into a bowl or sauce pan and roll frog legs in the batter. fry in med/hot oil until golden browm. enjoy dinner badger
