1 lb. meat 1/4 cup Soy Sauce 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce 1 Tablespoon Garlic Salt 1 Tablespoon Seasoned Salt 1 Tablespoon Sugar
Cut meat into 1/4 inch x 1/4 inch strips approximately 2 inches long. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients and refrigerate. Marinate for 24 hours, stirring occasionally. Cook over charcoal to your liking but this can be baked in the oven at a very low temperature.

Do you reckon Spam will hold together if cut into such small strips?

Better idea, let`s pack the toothbrush, some clean underwear and a cooler of beer and Margaritas and head on over to the old Chiefeyboys for supper. Food will probably be too hot to touch but we can enjoy his company........

I'd be up for that except I had a tooth pulled at 9:00 this mornong and I'm hurtin, with a hunk of tea soaked Kotex hanging out of my mouth. Not a pretty sight. When we do go, don't forget the Steak n Shake outside of Rolla Mo. and another one in Sullivan. Wonder if the Chief would go for a double cheese and some chili?
