1lb of chunked deer (approx.1" cubes works well) 1ld bacon strips 1 jar of peppers (hot or mild just use what you like) 1 jar of favorite Barb Q sauce meat tenderizer, salt, pepper, and whatever other seasoning you like to use on meat
put all of the chunks of deer in a large dish and season with salt, pepper, and whatever other seasoning that you like then add tenderizer, cover and refrigerate for 24 hours wrap each individual chunk of deer + 1 pepper with a strip of bacon using tooth picks to hold everything together grill over low heat until approx 1/2 done then cover each rollup with Barb Q and continue cooking while flipping frequently until you are satisfied that they are done cooking
