1 metal 5 gal bucket that has been burnt off 10 lb bag charcoal 1 10-12 lb turkey (med. sized hen works great) 1 jar of favorite BarBQ sauce 1 beer 3-4 shots of wiskey some sort of a stand to hold the turkey similar to a beert can chicken stand but larger since you are holding a larger bird (I can post a pic. of the stand I use if you want to build one instead f trying to find one that will work)
mix the 3-4 shots of wiskey, 1/2 of the beer and the entire bottel of BarBQ sauce together in a dish, and use a serunge to inject all of it into the turkey
Put some aluminum foil on the ground to keepo the bird from touching the dirt then put the turkey on the stand with the rest of the can of beer inside of the bird You will also need to tie the legs and wings in against the main part of the bird with some cotton string
Put the bucket over the top of the bird making sure that it's down against the ground most of the way around The fewer & and the smaller the holes under the bucket the better
light the entire bag of charcoal, and spread it evenly in a pile around the bucket after it's burning good
1 hour and your turkey is ready to eat allow more time for larger birds, but don't use a bird large enough to touch the bucket If the charcoal was not burning good wnen placed around the bucket allow an extra 20 min

I forgot to say that the turkey should be plucked not skinned. In fact I have always used store baught turkeys instead of wild turkey because I skin wild turkeys when I clean them.
