2 lb or so of deerburger. Mix in a tablespoon of worchestershire sauce, pk onion soup mix, 2 eggs, 1/2 cup ketchup, and breadcrumbs, chopped green pepper. Add enough breadcrumbs till use can work into a nice loaf with consistency. Coat with a lite layer of( ketchup, brown sugar & vinegar glaze).
Bake about 1 hour or till done at 350 in litely greased covered roaster. Thats is. Simple and dont have to be too fussy on measuring etc etc.
I usually make up several when I get my deerburger and freeze. A great meal to take to huntin camp.
