Anyone have a recipe for making liver pate?
Looking for something new to do with venison liver, we usually just fry it up with bacon and onions which is very good.

Ah, someone else that likes deer liver. All we do is carefully skin the liver and slice it thin. Cut out any of the blood vessels, coat it in flour and fry it. We usually keep some bacon dripping to fry it in. Don't over cook it. Fry up some onions to go with it. It's pretty simple and anything that's left over goes into the fridge. I like it for lunch the next day after it takes a short visit to the micowave
