The guys in my hunting club likes this recipe so much that they told me not to show up on opening day with out it. 1. Breast geese and cut each breast in half. 2. Marinate breasts in zesty Italian dressing over night. 3. Take breast strips and wrap in bacon, holding bacon on with toothpicks. 4. Place breasts on grill and season. I use Cavalier Greek seasoning. 5. Add your favorite BBQ sauce and cook to medium rare. This is a important step in cooking snow geese. Snow geese don't taste as good and is tough if you over cook it. Enjoy, Steve
