I've never seen Harris stuff vary in price much between suppliers/retailers.
However there is a Harris "knock-off" that is being sold now that is about half the price. One of the kids at camp has one, so I've seen it and checked it out.
Bi-pods are fairly simple devises and they either work or they don't. The way the adjustable legs slide, click into place, and then retract back is usually where I've noticed differences in quality.
Shooters Ridge makes the one I mentioned above. There are also others in that price range. See Cabela's. If I needed another bi-pod I would get this one instead of the Harris's that I own.

I have a Harris Bipod, for target shooting. Bought it some 25 years ago. I've noticed they gone up 3-times in price than what I paid for mine. You might try Brownells or Midway.
