Here are some pictures of a rare white bear cub, taken near Tidioute in Warren Co. Penna. That's in the NW corner of the state. I don't have any details other than the location. The pics were passed on to me via email so I don't even know who took them. Neat, though.

I see your from PA. I hunt in Sullivan & Lycoming Counties on the NE side of PA. Been hunting there since 1963 and have seen some bear with small white patches on chest but thats about it.
