Well, Ft Ligonier survived the forces of France and the savages from up north. Here's a photo of me preparing to fire a defensive round from from the north lane of the the main Battery. The fellow in the brown head rag had fired and was going back to safely reload. The highlander was finishing loading and followed me. Rolling fire was given from this location, by 10 to 12 men, 3 at a time, using the 3 cannon firing lanes of the main battery area.
