I'm new to the forum. I really like what I read on here. Here is this years antelope.Not huge, 13 inches, but real thick. 313 yard shot with my Remington 243. Was quartering a little so my shot hit base of neck instead of high shoulder where I was aiming. Will make a nice European mount.

Genisis 27:3 now therefore take, I pray thee, thy weapons, thy quiver and thy bow, and go out to the field, and take me some venison;
I guess a .243 will work too ;D

Outside of Bridger Mt. Just about 50 miles south of Billings. We have a lot of good antelope areas in the eastern part of Montana. The area I hunted this year only had 75 tags and about 500 applicants. I was very lucky to draw. I usally hunt east towards Baker, or Miles City. Lots of private land that is accessible to hunters, through Montanas block management. Very easy to self guide. If you are interested I could give you so pointers on some good areas to put in for. We have a 30 day season that starts around the second week of October.
Amen rifleman!!!

Nice pics Traprdave!! We were able to go out to Wyoming this yr and bring back a few lopes also. I shot this buck at 266yrds with my Remington 300 Win Mag. Got the doe at almost the same distance with the same gun.
