I know what you mean about nervous with the adrenaline starting to flow or the chance of loosing one to a predator or vehicle incident. Hope you get a chance to bring one home this fall. Circumstances may rob me of a hunt this year so I look forward to hearing the ending of this story started.
Thanks for the adrenaline rush with the pictures anyway.

what kinda cam are you using, and how high is it mounted? Just got a new portable mount for my stealth, havent used either yet, but here is a pic of it......... -bubba

Nice pics! I bought my first trail cam (a used homebrew) this year and man is that stuff ever addictive. I feel like a kid at Christmas every time I swap out the memory card. I have to run home and download the images to the computer ASAP.
Not sure if it makes the time until season opener go faster since I'm "hunting with the cam" or slows it down since I know what is out there and I'm all jacked up about getting after it. ;D

Yes it is the Moultrie Game spy 200 mounted on a homemade mount made of a tree stand step. It is about 5-6 feet up, I attended a seminar last summer and the instuctor suggested mounting the camera 5-6 feet up and the flash is less likely to bother the deer,
