Yeah, It is very difficult for two women to share the same kitchen. Else, may depend if I get a doe tag.

Ozark,
I couldn't help noticing the amount of corn in that trough. I just went to the feed store and checked this years price of that stuff. You must have taken these pictures just after the check came in!

Yes Chuck, I fill that particular feeder once a month. It holds five hundred pounds of feed. I usually have half in corn or chops and the other half in some kind of horse feed. But we eat a meal of tenderloin each year. Pehaps five hundred bucks per pound. Seriously though it is not just for the hunt. I have a cabin type hunting blind just fifty yards from the feeder and I enjoy sitting inside observing the deer, bear and other wildlife interaction. Plus, I shoot a lot of pests which come to steal corn feed. It is a hobby and a little cheaper than golf Chuck.

At this point It will be the 250 grain XTP but there is the fact that the SST 250 Impacts in the same place and also the fact that I have some 4759 that I want to try out as a possible replacement for th 5744. Decisions, decisions decisions. I was drawn for a doe permit that will be good for the ML season in my area. But right now the excitement is SW is scheduled to visit with us tomorrow.
