Right now I'm at my cabin. About an hour ago a buck came into the yard. He would have been a nice 4 x 4 but the main beam was broken right at the G2 on his left side. Anyway, got a few pics as he passed through. He stopped and walk onto my lawn and up the the edge of the deck. I have several feeder for birds and squirrels and what they spill, he was eating. I had just filled the feeders so still had the bag of bird seed on the deck. I grabbed a seed dispenser and put some seeds in it and leaned over the deck and he helped himself right from it. Here's a picture my wife took. Got another picture of him showing his broken main beam The last thing I did was grab a handful of seed and leaned over the railing and he came right over and licked it out of my hand. I'm not sure but think he would be about a 3 year old.

That is incredible!!! Did he just come up out of the woods and start hanging out? That's awesome!

Naw, they been around for years. People in our sub division have been feed deer for years and they're all relatively tame but this guy even more so. I mentioned before that my neighbor hand feeds him with his arm around the deers neck. While he's eating out of his hand he's scratching him under the chin and behind the ears. He's actually turned into a pet.

Sorry, no new pictures today. I was at my cabin yesterday. A rush trip to winterize my boat. Just got done and my son started the BBQ to do a few burgers. Up walk a nice 5 x 5 who promptly checked out the empty feader. I walk right by him and he looked at me as if to say, where's the food? I walked up onto the deck and picked up my liquid adult refreshment and he walked right over to the steps to the deck and looked longingly at me. Sorry didn't bring any feed up with me bud. For a while I figured he was going to walk up onto the deck and join us . Anyway, he finally gave up and wandered off. I did take a couple of pictures of him but they're in my spare camera that I leave at the lake. Next trip I'll have more time and will post them then.
