Very nice and it will shoot as good or better than it looks. The 17 HMR seems to be accurate no matter who makes the firearm. Some like different brands of ammo but I have never heard of one that would not shoot exceptional. Wind will play a big factor in this so sight it in on a calm day.

This morning I went back to the gun shop and picked up Harris bi-pod. Can't wait to try it out. Weather look promising until it started to snow at noon

RAF, My Savage is just like yours. Will shoot 1/2"-3/4" at 100 yards less any wind to buck those lite bullets.
A great rifle made by Savage rimfire production in Canada.
