well, I finally got this 3 ptr out of the gene pool this morning. I missed the same little guy last weekend. Double lunged him with a carbon express 200 topped with a vortex 75 gr mechanical (2" cut) at about 58lbs pull (ya edge, I know that the deer didnt weigh much more!) The blood trail went thru a corn field - my blind mother could have followed it, that boy did bleed.

I myself hunt from a treestand, but I see from your Sneakers that you employ some sort of chase technique ;D

there you go edge ! Yep, in michigan, we call that a fair chase hunt Actually, if I had to run further than the refrigerator, I would give up hunting I did have a hunk of tenderloin for lunch tho - hmmmm tasty! -bubba

Congrats and nicely done. But did you have to excite my taste buds that have another 2-3 weeks to wait for a venison dinner. Oh well my cold medication ought to supply a satisfying dream tonight until then. ;D ;D Ed

Bubba in my neck of the woods we just call that a pencil horned spike,which we have to many of.He'll eat well. E.T. I opened my cough-med,too.A half gallon of Crown Royal that has been sitting on a shelf for 4-years.I took two doses or maybe three. ;D ;D
