Thursday morning at 11:00 I took a dandy... 27 1/2 pounds, 11 1/2" beard, 28 MM spurs, 3+ years old. I dropped him at 17 yards, just 5 yards from my decoy. I was afraid that if I waited any longer I'd have to try to shoot him off my decoy's back. He was really in the mood for some Lovin... I'll post pics when they're available. Good luck to all, BOB

Congrats bob, here is mine: I shot my bird Thursday morning, 24 lbs, 8" beard, 23 mm spurs...Nice two year old bird. A buddy and I spot called to locate him then set up for the shot. The problem was he came in on my left side. Being left handed this was a problem. As I moved for a shot he spotted me and I had to shoot right handed...
