I was thinking of buying a Savage 210 Slug Warrior for a upcoming Whitetail Hunt in Pike County Illinois is it worth it?

i have tried many slug guns and this is the most accurate and consistant gun i have owned. ishoot re. core lokt ultras a nd shoot 1 1/2 " groups at 100 yds. my only complaints are the hard loading, wich i solved by having a gun smith cut out the middle of the one piece scope mount and it does not eject shells cleanly unless you slam the bolt during ejection. but i will keep it.

The Savage 210 slug gun great gun. Same here shoots the Rem ultra core-lokt great as well as the winchester partition golds.

The Savage 210 slug gun is very accurate, as I had one a few years back. The ONLY drawback was it's very heavy recoil, and the barrel length was too long in my opinion. Also it should have been equiped with open sights.

Mine shoots the Barnes slugs very will. Recoil is a bit much...
