Have you ever loaded a roundball in a shotgun hull? How? Please explain. Thanks.

Yes, years ago I tried to duplicate the old loadings...no particular reason, just for the fun of it. The OEMloads from days back varied a lot from bare balls just rolling around in the hull to those held in place with shaped fiber that held the ball securely wads.
I don't have my notebook handy so i'm not going to comment on loads but some worked a lot better than others. I know the balls I used were somewhat smaller than the 12 ga bore and need to be for the choke clearance. The most accurate loading was by building a wad colum that placed the top of the ball just under the crimp. Put the wads in then the ball, holding it centered in the hull with the eraser end of a pencil, fill the gap with coarse grain corn meal so it holds the ball centered and enough to allow the crimp to put just a tad bit of pressure on the ball. I know I loaded the powder per weight of the ball but I have no clue what load or powder I used. I got these to shoot about 6" groups at 75 or so if I recall...not really sure but it was not too bad considering I didn't have rifle sights, only the front bead.
BTW, the shaped fiber wads work as long as they are cut in half lengthwise like a sabot, some were only in two halves top and bottom and these would throw the balls all over the place depending on how the wad peeled off and set the ball spinning.
