I am looking for information on reloading 12 gage shot gun slugs, I can't find much on this. Is there any one on this forum that reloads shot gun slugs, that can point me in the wright direction? Thank you.

I use a Lee 1oz slug mold. The loading info comes with the mold. I also get loading info from Lymans shot shell loading manual. Depending on what casing I'm using I either use a 1oz. or 1 1/8 oz wad with 20 1/2 grains reddot. Shoots great very accurate*********ogo

I don't think I could make a slur reload that shoots as good as Lightfields out of my shotgun.

I believe Lightfield sells slug reloading components, I do not know if one could duplicate their accuracy though.

I would pull up the ballisticproducts.com web page and contact them. They have been down that road for many years and have manuals for sale that will help you out more than you would think. They also have about every kind of slug for sale. I checked into loading slugs a few years back and desided it would be cheaper to just buy the factory slugs. I didn't shoot enough to make it worth the investment.

I don't think I could make a slur reload that shoots as good as Lightfields out of my shotgun. The lightfield Hybrids sabots, as well as Remington Buckhammers, shoot very well out of my Browning Gold 20 Gauge. The Winchester Supreme Golds, shoot about 8" above the other two at any range up to 100 yards.
